Together we will figure out what does not work, and what will work best for you and your relationships. I help my clients learn about themselves and others to make the necessary change needed to achieve their goals in therapy. I promote and provide mental health, support, and wellness for my clients and their relationships.

What is therapy like with Nicole?
A popular misconceived expectation by potential clients is that a therapist's role to do most of the talking during sessions by giving advice and solutions.
You have to be willing to do the majority of the talking. The client has to do the hard work by talking during our sessions for self-discovery and autonomy. My role is to listen and help the client feel heard and understood. I may ask questions or provide feedback during our sessions.

Session Cost
- In-network provider with BCBS PPO for Illinois residents.
- Out-of-network provider for Florida residents.
- $175 self-pay per 50 minute session.
- For out-of-network insurance claim reimbursement, invoice receipts are provided to the client per request.
